grocery store near your area that will give you points depending on your spent amount and can

be convertible to a discount, or from your favorite coffee shop that will give you a loyalty card

that they will stamp every time you buy their products and getting free coffee once you reach a

certain number of purchases.

If you decide to put some sort of program similar to this in your store this is a bonus tip for you

that you might want to try.




Make their first order appealing

A simple program like 5 dollars spent in your store is equal to 1 point, and then a reward like

when you get to 50 points, you’ll get a 5% discount.

So, for the first order if you make it so that your customers get an extra 20 points on top of their

order, they’re going to feel encouraged to spend more so they can get closer to that reward.

Now, while this is effective to other businesses, it’s not one size fits all. To make this effective

for your store, you need to have a product or reputation of product that your customers want to

collect. In short, you need a quality product.



Consumable Product

Your product may be consumable per se, like you might be already selling soap, food, dog

treats, planner and skincare products. Consumable products are something that gets used up

over time and when they run out or use it all up, they’re going to buy from you again.

What if your business doesn’t sell consumables? Then maybe you can start to create a

consumable product or if this doesn’t fit your business brand then this is not for you.
